Important Information Regarding Your Order: Last Shipping Day Before Closure: All orders placed by Wednesday, 17 December at 14:00 will be dispatched before our break.
Orders Placed During Closure: Any orders placed between Wednesday 17 December at 14:00 until 5 January 2026 will be processed and shipped immediately when we return on 5 January 2026.
Customer Support: During this period, our customer service team will have limited access to email. We appreciate your patience and will respond to all inquiries as soon as we are back in the office.
Please note: our Cape Town branch will be closed on 15 December 2025 for our Year End Function as well as 16 December 2025 for the Public Holiday.
